So what do you guys think of how N-Flavor is being ran?

Do you think they are giving good customer service/support?

"The next satisfied customer makes your next paycheck/salary possible." Thats how they should look at it for us.

I know the servers are down for days, and keep going down and coming up. It doesn't seem like to me they are testing other servers before they do ours to see what exactly will happen, or they not planning ahead.

Personally I think the customer support is great. Better then most games infact.

However the service has problems. The GMs seem more like Customer Support staff then Game Technicians. They are most likely capable of managing and minor updates however large scale situations are probably out of their hands. Gala-net should have staff on hand who know the scripts inside and out. However i suspect that they higher the staff with the intention that for anything big they will call in a specialist. Now its like Vista Home. They have a few staff that can do a few things but not quite qualified to do what you want.

and you know...that would be all right if they would actually call in the specialist. I'm thinking that they expect the unqualified staff to do the specialist's job and thats where everything goes wrong. Then they have to call in a specialist to fix the damage AND implement what ever is need when they could have just called him/her in at the begining.

It's been almost 24 hours since the last update on lydian/pantera and people are getting pissed off. They are really stuffing up on this whole server problem thing...

Yeah but I doubt that the server-changers are to blame for lag. If it were so then the server traffic panels would hit yellow or orange. I think the new host has some serious problems at their end.

Well they are down yet again, so I gotta say they are really pissing me off with their half-assed service. First they offer only some servers, with INCREDIBLE lag. Then all servers, still with lag. Now nothing again. Bravo I say.

They need to learn from the Korean examples. The Koreans look after their customers, and pay them back when they are inconvenienced. Our GMs barely keep us up to date with what's happening.

The forums are down and the game is down unless you are already in it then you can keep playing. The lag is still there and apparently will be for 1-2 weeks. So who knows what they are doing?

I love it here on these forums. There is no fear of badmouthing the man on these forums. N-Flavor sucks man. I am seriously considering just getting the Korean version and hoping for the best.

How you gonna get the Korean Version? And do you speak Korean?

Not at all, but its not so hard to get. The Japanese one if fairly easy to get once you've signed up, and I can read Japanese.

But gpotato runs the Japanese version too, so I wonder if we can use the same account... and I wonder if there will be the same crappy server problems.

There are English speaking players on the Korean servers too, just a lot less I would imagine.

Lol, luck you. I only read English. It may be less laggy however, seeing that they got e4 out on there's and everything for them is done quicker/before us.

I think they do a pretty good job. I mean it sucks for people like me that spend a whole bunch of money, and it seems were not getting are moneys worth. I mean I have a bunch of complaints, but I usually don't flame them unless necessary But I'll leave on this note; I have spent like 180-250$ since October, yet I have found myself in Abyss 7 times, each like 4-5 days of length. Do the math, I have lots of days on my Hidden Village Pass. But they do a great job none the less.
