Client keeps Crashing CC6 Error

I was wondering if anyone knows what this means or how to fix it I start running the launcher, it downloads updates, but then it brings up an error....strange

Running Windows XP Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600
ATI Radeon X1300 vid card
20 GB free space on Hard Drive
1.5GB of RAM
Processor x86 Family 15 Model 47 Stepping 2 Authentic AMD ~1989 Mhz

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated I WANNA PLAY
